Painters could benefit from social media

No? Then you might want to swot up because painters and decorators who understand how to use social media could have an advantage over their competitors, if a new report is anything to go by.
'Re-envisioning customer value', published last week by the Economist Intelligent Unit, looks at how online channels such as Facebook and Twitter can help companies develop deep and profitable relationships with existing and new customers.
Businesses using social media can achieve 'increased sales, reduced service costs and improved innovation' and 'secure a significant competitive advantage over their rivals', according to the report.
