Workshops to brush up painters' knowledge

Painters and decorators will soon have no excuse for not being up to scratch on the latest technical issues! The Painting and Decorating Association (PDA) has teamed up with CITB Construction Skills to deliver training workshops to professional tradesmen.

With one on health and safety and another on compliance and accreditation, the sessions are priced at £25.00 each for PDA members and £32.00 for non-members. The workshops will be held at several locations across the UK, and some venues will host both sessions in one day.

Neil Ogilvie, Chief Executive of the PDA, said: "These workshops offer a great opportunity to access professional training at a low cost. The content of the workshops will ultimately help painters and decorators with the day-to-day running of their business."
